New App Transfers Contacts And More From BlackBerry to iPhone

San Diego, CA (PRWEB) October 11, 2011

BlackBerry to iPhone switchers can now transfer contacts, calendars, text messages, email messages and more with BerryMover, a new app.

The need for this app seems huge. In a 2011 United Sample survey, over 66% of Verizon-based BlackBerry users said they would switch to an iPhone when it became available. Therefore, the numbers are staggering.

"Until this app, these folks couldnt properly transfer contacts from BlackBerry to iPhone," Tim Goggin, Co-Owner Of PocketMac said. "They were stuck. But now, all you need is a recent BlackBerry backup, iTunes and BerryMover. And youre all set to transfer all your data."

BerryMover works by reading backup files. It then gives the user the option of choosing which data they want to import.

Goggin added, "Our 7 years working with the BlackBerry gives us the know-how to import this data and work with backup files. In fact, for many years, Research In Motion licensed our Mac-BlackBerry sync software."

Every copy of BerryMover comes with a complete video tutorial on how to import BlackBerry data to your iPhone. The app also includes the ability to import data from more than one backup file.

Goggin continued, "Our customers ask us every day how they can get data from their old device to their new iPhone. Its holding them back and costing them money. Some customers have told us they have that one crucial text message or those dozen emails they need salvaged."

BerryMover will import all of the following data:

(*) Contacts

(*) Calendar

(*) Tasks

(*) Notes

(*) Text Messages

(*) Email Messages

Goggin concluded, "BerryMover makes the switch from BlackBerry to iPhone painless. Now switchers can transfer all their data over."

BerryMover is available now on the iTunes App Store for just $ 9.99.

Quick Printing Industry Market Research Now Available from IBISWorld

Los Angeles, California (PRWEB) November 19, 2011

The Quick Printing industry in the United States has experienced significant declines during the past 10 years due to the rise of digital products and media. This trend is expected to continue over the next five years, with industry revenue forecast to contract at an average annual rate of 0.7% to $ 2.7 billion, according to IBISWorld, the nations largest publisher of industry research. According to IBISWorld, the Quick Printing industry will enjoy several years of moderate growth, stemming from a recovery in business advertising and increasing per capita disposable income, which will spur household spending on quick printing services.

The US Quick Printing industry is becoming increasingly obsolete due to the swift decline in computer, software and peripheral equipment prices that has occurred over the past decade. Rapid advancements in computer technology have driven the drop in prices. As a result, consumers and small businesses are increasingly performing tasks that were previously serviced by quick print shops, in the convenience of their homes and offices. And they are increasingly favoring alternative mediums, such as online media and digital communications over printed materials, leeching away industry demand. Over the five years to 2011, revenue in the Quick Printing industry is expected to fall at an average annual rate of 4.8% to $ 2.8 billion, with an estimated decline of 2.5% from 2010 to 2011.

FedEx Corporation, a global shipping and receiving firm, dominates the industry. Unlike the operators in the Printing industry, the Quick Printing industry is largely composed of firms that do not actually specialize in quick printing services. Instead, the Quick Printing industry's largest players include office retailers, shipping and transportation companies and business support firms.

More recently, industry demand has experienced a shift toward higher-value services and away from basic printing and copying. In particular, custom and high-quality promotional and stationery products have increased their shares during the five years to 2011. The popularity in web-to-print services, in which customers design materials and send them electronically for printing, is indicative of this shift toward technology-heavy processes that will increasingly be covered by the industry.

According to IBISWorld analyst, Caitlin Moldvay, still, industry revenue is forecast to continue contracting over the next five years, falling to an estimated $ 2.7 billion. Although improving economic conditions will boost business demand for quick printing services and slow the rate of decline, customers' continued transition to the internet will limit industry gains. In response, quick printers are expected to increasingly expand their operations to other high-value service operations in order to diversify their revenue streams, says Moldvay.

Shop Software From Intelligent Retail Enters New Phase

Newbury, Berkshire, UK (PRWEB) June 03, 2011

In a recent shift in buying behaviour on Ebay, most sales are now fixed priced sales as Buy It Now items. Consumers are using eBay increasingly to find new products to buy, rather than just second hand bargain items. More than 57% of transactions that happen on eBay globally are at a fixed price, mostly sold by professional sellers, or high street retailers who use the site as a distribution channel. That is vastly different from the old eBay that was associated with being an auction platform for rare or used items.

EBay is no longer just a second hand car boot sale- it is a significant channel in its own right. And with the current shift in attitudes, for retailers across the UK it makes sense to be seen on one of the most popular websites on the web. Intelligent Retail's new shop software with Ebay integration makes it incredibly easy for retailers to integrate channels from the website, ebay and physical shop into one place.

Intelligent Retail has developed One-Click technology which is used throughout the shop software. Putting items from stock onto your website is just a click away, and this concept also applies to the full Ebay integration. Intelligent Retail have created a visual stock management system, you dont get long complicated lists of stock, just a simple stock tree.

Part of the difficulty in selling on Ebay is the administration, as adding and managing items can be very time consuming. Now, the new shop software from Intelligent Retail makes it very easy, putting the retailer in control. Just drag and drop products into a channel and the Connect EPoS system will list them on that channel and manage the stock. It will inform the retailer when products have been sold, bringing the order back to the Connect Fulfilment Centre.

David Mackley, Managing Director said: Implementing our system has three development phases. Firstly we can dramatically improve much of the day to day process such as stock replenishment. This saves time for more productive activities. Secondly our Flight Deck is used for instant management information to save money on stock or track how well sales assistants are doing across the EPoS eCommerce system. Thirdly we help retailers access new customers through total integration with the internet, eBay and Amazon.

With things always changing rapidly online, Intelligent Retail's new Multichannel Centre keeps up with the ever-changing climate whilst keeping the EPoS solution easy to use for retailers.

Intelligent Retail was established in 2004, and now helps hundreds of shops across the UK reap the rewards of improved profitability from increased revenue and reduced costs. They have won many awards over the years including innovation awards over several years, and Best Multichannel System in 2009.

The webpage at http://www.outskirtspress.com/HectorJGrantSr was launched simultaneously with the book's publication.

About the Book (Excerpts & Info)

"What Is the Church?" This question guides the Christian in understanding the proper relation that should exist between the individual believer and the institution. The Church is never personal property or a Private Club. The Church is always the association of those who have experienced a personal relationship to Jesus Christ, and are committed to living a life faith despite contrary circumstances.

"Are You Expecting?" is the question that challenges the Christian believer to live a life of constant awareness of what God is doing in the world, and to remain ready to respond when called to unique and special service.

"Finally, Farewell" is the word releasing the baton of service to the trusted hands of others, after a well run leg of the relay race of ministry. These and other sermons challenge both clergy and laity to remain alert to recognize and respond to the many seasons and celebrations of ministry.

Deftly constructed at 196 pages, What is the Church?: Occasional and Seasonal Sermons for the Busy Pastor is being aggressively promoted to appropriate markets with a focus on the American - African American category. What Is The Church? is the third in a series of recent literary pursuits, with work progressing quickly on three further works of similar genre that will quickly follow.

Mr. Grant is a native of Jamaica where he grew up. He migrated to the United States to attend college and remained to earn academic degrees in Sociology, History and Divinity, and to practice his profession as academic administrator, College Minister, Director of Higher Education and Ministry of the United Methodist Church, and pastor of Methodist congregations in Mississippi, Texas and Missouri.
